Description:The project is targeting GSAS 3-Star certification under GSASv2.1 Healthcare Typology. Conserve has been appointed by M/s Faithful + Gould to facilitate Design Stage GSAS Gate Submission and to Support the MEP design Calculation for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Prepare the Detail design stage Coordinated Model for MEP service. During the Design stage we have implemented all the requirements for the sustainability in all the system like HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. We prepared MEP calculations and LOD 400 BIM model for the following services.
