Scope	Deputation of Sustainability Professional to facilitate GSAS D&B and GSAS Construction Management certification.

Description: The project is targeting GSAS 4-Star certification under GSAS v2.1 Rails Rating System. The Underground development includes Platform Level, Concourse Level and Grade level facilities ranging from MEP Technical Rooms, Telecom Rooms, Office Spaces, Retail Spaces, etc. The scope also includes a pedestrian bridge connection between station and the Airport. Our scope is to appoint an on-site Sustainability Engineer representing client to coordinate and facilitate overall GSAS Certification Process
